I feel so silly for not buying this sooner. I’ve always suffered with period cramps and have tried to control them with teas and painkillers. This little guy is amazing it is so comforting. Many heating pads that I saw are bulky blankets, have to be connected 24/7, or are not reusable. This one is small and it is rechargeable. It is so nice and it is very thin so I can actually go out with it on if I wear some loose fitting clothes. In fact, I also suffer from digestive issues that give me abdominal pain so I am using this heating pad basically 24/7 not just during my period. However, I cannot speak of the vibration setting since I do not use that one, I only use the heating setting. One thing I will say though is that it is way lighter and flimsy looking than what I was expecting so if it breaks I will update this review. But for now I am fascinated with this purchase and recommend it.
This was actually totally worth the money! It heats up extremely quick, and gets a lot hotter than I expected, which is always a plus! Like many reviews stated, the vibration is pretty loud, but I don’t plan on using it in public so I could care less lol Also, there IS a buckle on one of the sides (shown in pics), but it’s very hard to undo, and seems very fragile, so I’d be extremely careful if you can. I personally wiggled it out as slowly as possible, bc I felt like it would’ve broken any second if I hadn’t done so, but thankfully it didn’t. But IF it ever does break, I can probably just easily attach some other buckle type thing myself, which I may even end up doing anyways, so it’s no big deal to me either way lol. At first, I was confused on how to work it, because the directions are basically helpless, BUT I figured out that holding down the button on the right turns on the vibration, and holding down the one on the left turns on heat (same for turning them off, obv). There’s different intensity levels for both vibration and heat, which is perfect for different needs/pain levels. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this to anyone who gets bad cramps, or anything like that. I’ve seen other products just like this one, that were wayy more expensive, but had way worse reviews, so I’d say just go for it. You’ll never know until you try it, right?😅

It heats very quickly. You can hide it easily under your clothing. The only thing I dont like is it turns off on its own after a certain amount of time so I have to keep turning it on while on me, it shows then people ask what it is
Nassa I bought this product because I get really bad cramps period. I was skeptical that it wouldn’t work, but it really does. It has 3 heating settings, and the first heating setting, the heat is really low. The second heating setting you feel the heat, It feels really good. The third heating setting does get really hot so I would put a towel or something between the product and your skin like they suggest because you will fill the heat, I fell asleep with the product on, the vibration and the heat put me right to sleep. The heating pad does automatically turn off after 30 minutes. It does come with the USB plug,and you just plug that into your phone,charger.It does charge pretty fast.
